Tanjo-ji Temple
誕生寺 · Buddhist temple
Chiba Prefecture's tourism association records that the temple was founded in 1276 near the birthplace of Nichiren, the founder of Nichiren Buddhism.

The temple's own site, in Japanese, says visitors may worship freely in the grounds during the visiting hours, and lists a special viewing of the hall interiors and a treasure hall.
