Kora Taisha Shrine
高良大社 · Shinto shrine
Kurume City's official tourism guide records that the shrine stands on Mount Kora at an altitude of 312 metres, and that it was historically revered as the Ichinomiya, the highest-ranking shrine of the old Chikugo Province.
The Agency for Cultural Affairs records the main hall, offering hall and worship hall as an Important Cultural Property of the mid-Edo period.
