Jodoji Temple

The Japan Tourism Agency's English text records that Jodoji is said to have been founded in 616 by Prince Shotoku, and that its main hall, finished in 1327, still stands and is designated a National Treasure.
The Agency for Cultural Affairs records the temple's main hall as a National Treasure of the late Kamakura period.
