Ryogon-ji Temple

楞厳寺  ·  Buddhist temple

The Kasama and Mashiko Japan Heritage council records that the temple is the ancestral temple of the Kasama clan, founded by Tokitomo Kasama, and that its front gate was erected in 1374.

Ibaraki Prefecture's Board of Education records the temple's main gate as a nationally designated Important Cultural Property of the mid-Muromachi period.
