Sofukuji Temple
崇福寺 · Buddhist temple
Discover Nagasaki records that Sofuku-ji was built in 1629 by Chinese residents of Nagasaki who came from Fujian Province, and that it holds 21 cultural assets, among them two National Treasures: the Daiyu Hoden and the Daiippo-mon gate.
The Nagasaki City tourism site records that entry is free for high school age and under on the third Sunday of the month, and free for holders of a disability certificate and their carer.
