Izumo Ōyashiro (Izumo Taisha) Grand Shrine

The Agency for Cultural Affairs records the shrine's main hall as a National Treasure of the middle Edo period, and twenty-two more of its buildings as Important Cultural Properties.

The grounds open at 6:00 and close at 19:00 every day of the year, and the treasure hall keeps shorter hours.
